YES CEO Presents Award at ‘Canadian HR Awards’

YES President & CEO, Tim Lang, was asked to present one of the awards at the Canadian HR Awards – 2023.  He stated how important strong HR is to successful organizations and how YES, who works for thousands of businesses, has seen this first-hand: best practices lead to hiring based on ability, character and work ethic, which has helped YES place hundreds of thousands of barriered youth, as good processes see the potential in individuals, despite previous disadvantages.
