Supply Chain Supervisor
Description
Duties
· Manage company ecommerce (especially Amazon Canada) accounts by communicating and supervising
· Identify, design and deliver supply chain solutions that balance cost and service to customer
· Manage inventory level and lead times
· Identify, develop and manage effective relationships with existing and potential suppliers of goods and services to meet the established cost, quality and delivery target
· Coordinates warehouse and transport activities to meet customer target delivery dates
· Manage inbound and outbound scheduling, pickups and all requirements related to the receipt/release of goods, reconciliation, and claims
· Prepare and submit inventory reports
· Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
· Co-ordinate, assign and review work
· Organize day-to-day business operations
Skills
- Proficiency in procurement processes and supply chain management principles.
- Ability to work effectively with various systems related to supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must have knowledge of Amazon FBA account management, product edit and preparation.
