Position Overview:

The Programs Coordinator will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing arts programs, exhibitions, and community initiatives at Youthful Vengeance. This entry-level position is perfect for someone passionate about the arts, community engagement, and nonprofit programming. The role focuses on coordinating artists, managing program logistics, and ensuring successful delivery of exhibitions, workshops, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Program Coordination & Execution

•Assist in planning and executing Weeks of Vengeance exhibitions and other arts programs.

•Coordinate artist outreach, scheduling, and logistics for exhibitions and community events.

• Ensure smooth communication between artists, curators, volunteers, and program partners.

•Manage and track program participation, impact data, and feedback to support funding efforts.

🔹 Event & Workshop Support

•Oversee setup and execution of workshops, artist talks, and public programs.

•Support volunteers and attendees during events, ensuring an inclusive and welcoming experience.

•Collaborate with the Events & Operations team to ensure programs run efficiently.

• Assist in securing guest speakers, facilitators, and local collaborators for programs.

🔹 Community Engagement & Outreach

•Help foster relationships with local artists, collectives, and organizations to grow program participation.

• Assist with social media updates, newsletter content, and community announcements for programs.

•Respond to artist inquiries and manage program applications.

🔹 Administrative & Reporting Tasks

•Maintain program documentation, including schedules, artist agreements, and impact reports.

•Help track and submit grant-related data and metrics for nonprofit reporting.

•Support fundraising efforts by documenting program success stories and testimonials.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Passion for arts programming, community engagement, and nonprofit work.

•Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced creative environment.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, project coordination tools, or social media is a plus.
