Main Responsibilities:

Your role will consist of moving furniture from residential and commercial locations, wrapping, packing, loading, disassembling and reassembling furniture for deliveries and moving.

Load, unload and move furniture and household goods by hand or using basic material handling equipment
Check the inventory of the truck on a daily basis, make sure that the truck is up to standards to operate
Know the Toronto inside out and GTA
3 years of proven commercial driving experience
Deliver packing supplies to client’s doors
Identify destinations, establish routes and maintain schedules
Load and unload furniture to and from the truck in a safe manner
Arrange furniture inside client’s home according to the given instructions
Ensure the content of the truck is safely packed
Other day-to-day activities that support the team
Although our typical schedule involves 5 working days, CARGO CABBIE is progressively implementing a new working schedule of 4 days of 10-12 hours shifts to help improve all employees' lifestyle and allow them to spend more time with their families.
