WE ARE HIRING: ETHNIC FOOD COOK, APPRENTICE
Job Duties
- Preparing soft dough for flat breads, pies, bread bites and sticks
• Preparing slow cooked dishes, pot roasts, roasted meats, stocks and sauces
• Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Cleaning kitchen and work area
Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate
Apprenticeship training: Level one Apprenticeship training
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in French, Greek, Italian or European cuisine
Certification: Safe Food Handling

Specialization: Macedonian traditional and modern cuisine and cooking operations; Macedonian slow cooked dishes, soft dough products, pot roasts and roasted meats prepared in traditional wood/gas fired oven
