Main tasks:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Acute computer skills and the ability to navigate through Software
• Negotiate repayment arrangement through gathering financial details and educating the consumer
• Accurately update consumer account information
• Utilize various trace tools to locate consumer information
• Clearly document call results
• Meet minimum performance requirements
• Adhere to strict security policies & procedures
• Adhere to Human Resources Policies and Procedures and Provincial Regulations

Job requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a Third-Party Collection Agency or Financial Call Center environment
• High School Diploma
• Must clear a Criminal record check to hold a Collection Agent License across all of Canada
• Language required: Excellent command of the English language

Conditions:

As a valued member of Transworld Systems Canada Inc., you will receive a competitive hourly wage of $23 and meet job bank median hourly rate in the region for this NOC depending on skills and experience. Working hours are 40 per week. The offer is permanent and on a full-time basis.

working hours per day: Schedules may vary across client assigned business, not to exceed 40 hours per week.
