Hiring for FULL TIME: 

Recovery Specialist – Call Centre Representative – Collections Agent

Job Description

• Contact customers about their overdue accounts
• Negotiate appropriate payment solutions geared to customer’s situation
• Set up payment arrangement and collect on overdue balances with existing customers
• Document accounts accurately while managing wrap time on multiple systems
• Handle calls in engaging, professional and courteous manner
• Hours of operation:  8am-11pm EST, 7 days a week
• 3 weeks of paid training: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Requirements & Language skill for successful candidate

• Great command of spoken and written English is mandatory
• Minimum of 30 wpm (words per minute) typing speed
• Working knowledge of computer applications (e.g., Google Docs, Email, Microsoft Office)
• Training: 2 weeks training, 9am to 5pm in class and 3rd week OJT (on the job training)

Hourly Wage

• Training: $14.00 (3 weeks)
• Starting wage (Production): $14.00
