YES CEO was interviewed by CityNews Ginella Massa regarding employment equity after a move in New York to make unlawful certain past income questions to ensure fair pay to all and help close the gender compensation gap. Lang agreed and stated that that any move to ensure fair pay, regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion or any other profiling, was a good thing. Compensation should be based on ability, experience, potential, and work ethic and attitude and not outside factors that may be discriminatory.
