Guest Speaker: “Working in Film and Television, Staying Positive, and Networking”, with Paul French

Paul French is a writer/director/producer/teacher who has more than three decades creating dynamic programming for film, television and new media while mentoring the next generation of content creators in Canada and the U.S.A.

He has created and produced two successful regional TV series: One ran for 5 years and 110 episodes in eastern Canada, and the other ran for 69 episodes in midwestern United States.

As a writer he has written everything from Care Bears to documentaries, to horror films and everything in between.  He has also directed documentaries, music videos, and dramas, and has shot all over North America.
