Work setting: Retail Service Establishment
Responsibilities: Supervise Staff, assign sales workers to duties, hire and train staff,order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, establish work schedules, sellmerchandise, resolve customer issues and complaints, manage cash, organize andmaintain inventory, oversee payroll administration, supervise office and volunteerstaff.
Work conditions and physical capabilities: fast paced environment, work underpressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, standing for extended periods.
