Office Manager
Description
Job Position/Role: The North American Muslim Foundation (NAMF) is seeking an enthusiastic individual to assume the position of Office Manager. This person will assist the Executive Director in the day-to-day running of the foundation office. NAMF has a modest dress code.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and organize office work according to given criteria
· Answer telephone inquires from donors and other stake holders.
· Communicate with potential sponsors, donors and all stake holders.
· Manage New programs according to given policy directives
· Maintain clear and concise documentation related to programs and events
· Manage donation system
· Manage filling system
· Perform Outreach and serve as a co-facilitator for NAMF programs
· Report to the Executive Director
· Assist other activities of the foundation as and when required
Qualifications:
· Knowledge of Urdu and Arabic will have added advantage
· Degree/Diploma earned from a university/ college or equivalent qualification and experience
· Possesses the skills and qualities to motivate potential clients
· Able to prioritize effectively
· Clear & concise communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Able to multi-task while working in a dynamic fast-paced environment
· Good organizational skills
Good computer skills
Knowledge of Social Media
· Strong research and writing skills
· Willing to devote extra hours towards work
· Must have a vehicle and a valid Ontario Driver License
· Willing to be part of a creative and a collaborative team
