T.E.A.R. (Teens Ending Abusive Relationships), is an important program run by the City of Toronto in partnership with the Toronto Metropolitan Police to help youth in difficult and abusive situations.  Using social media, T.E.A.R. informs and helps youth in a vast array of areas.
