YESAbility
YESAbility is an employment program for youth and adults with disabilities.
YESAbility provides individualized action planning, career counselling, specialized Job Development, labour market information, work placement opportunities, accommodation support, on-the-job coaching. The program also provides access to additional assistance through ODSP Employment Supports, including transportation and assistive technology, to enable students and recent graduates to learn and become better equipped to thrive in a competitive labour market.
YESAbility also provides accommodation devices and services, such as, interpreters, sign language professionals and more. For employers YESAbility provides disability awareness information and training, including information on the benefits of employing a diverse workforce.
